Yoga Therapy

Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, Spiritual: Therapy through Yoga

As a yoga therapist certified by the International Association of Yoga Therapists (C-IAYT), my mission is to support people of all genders in developing holistic personal practices that move them from a place of dis-ease to being well.

Working with the 8-limbed path of Raja Yoga and keeping the individual needs of the client in focus during therapy sessions, I create an environment that is free from Diet Culture and supports change and self-discovery.

Yoga Therapy is uniquely suited to address issues in physical, emotional, intellectual, and spiritual areas. Due to the holistic nature of the work, multiple areas are impacted during the session cycle.

A thorough intake is done to determine where dis-ease is present and to set specific and measurable goals for a cycle of work which generally goes for 6-12 sessions.

I provide both 1:1 and single-focus group sessions

Working with me online (world-wide) or in-person (Valencia, Spain), leaves you with a collection of personal practices to continue to move forward, and Yoga Therapy works well in conjunction with both talk and physical therapies.

Examples of areas that can be addressed with me during therapy are:
